An Employer of Record is a company that becomes the legal employer for someone working in another country. They sign the local employment paperwork. They get paid through us. They report into your team day-to-day. It means you can hire here without opening a company here.
Why use you instead of setting up our own South African entity?
Setting up a local company is slow and expensive, and the admin doesn't stop once it's set up — there's payroll, tax filing, statutory contributions, and local HR to keep running. Using us is faster, lighter, and reversible. If you decide to set up your own entity later, we help you transition the team across. We're not trying to trap anyone.
Can you handle contractors as well as employees?
